Looks like the admins have it listed under the State DTRS database. Should this not be under the El Paso County database?

The current controlling authority of the EPSO/COS system made integration of their system into DTRS conditional as opposed to handing the system over and CCNC dictating what they can or cannot do like what happened to the former N. Colorado and Arapahoe County systems.

As mentioned by a person in the know some time back in this forum the feeling is they invested a lot of money for this system and they're not just going to give it away to the state and have no say on how the system will be used.

In other words they're not rolling over to the state with this agreement.
