Site that shows workable bands

I found a website recently, and forgot to bookmark it. Silly me. Even browsing my browser history isn't proving useful

It was a mapping tool that, when you select two locations, it would tell you which bands would work for that QSO. Let's say I pick something across town, it would say that 2m, 70cm, and 80m would work, but the others were poor.

Anyone recall seeing this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, the VOA-CAP website is pretty cool for predicting coverage.
