I'm not picking up site 305 either , but it used to come in strong at my home in New Baden. I did notice that I lost site 301 (Mascoutah) several months ago where at one time had 5 bars on it at my house. I can't even pick it up when I drive near Mascoutah.

I had to program in sites 314 (Junction City) and 360 (Greenville) in order to listen to ISP. I also sometimes hear the Clinton County Sheriff simulcast their VHF frequency on sites 314 and 360, but since I'm on the western edge of Clinton County I don't receive them very well.

I did notice that I'm now picking up 858.9125 at my house with 4 bars, although there isn't a site ID associated with it. According to RR, this frequency is part of the StarCom21 system, but registered to DeQuoin.

At this point I'm not really sure what's going on with StarCom21 in eastern St.Clair or western Clinton counties. It doesn't appear that I'm picking up any nearby StarCom21 towers anymore, but clearly ISP is communicating on this system without any problem. I just completed another scan between 760 and 870 MHz and the only system I'm picking up with a strong signal is site 359, but that's the St. Clair simulcast system that our scanners can't decode very well.

yeah 301 has been off the air for a while....... haven't been able to get 305 lately, but I thought it was showing up was a neighbor still on pro96com. 353 was on air last I knew. maybe 301 equipment is being moved to nashville and 353 to maryville?

I hope this is a temporary problem.
My radios worked well on the 700 Mhz. Freq.
Although by adding E.St. Louis 323 and Edwardsville 325 It got my radios working again.
The St Clair County simulcast 359 is to sporadic here.

Currently,

--T325 is showing T305 and T353 as Failed, Current. (Normal: 312, 323, 330, 355, 359, 360)
--T359 is showing T350 as Failed, Current. (Normal: 306, 323, 325, 333, 349, 355, 358)
(353 hasn't been a neighbor for a while)
--T355 normal 306, 307, 312, 325, 356, 359
--T323 is showing T305 and T353 as Failed, Current. (Normal: 325, 333, 358, 359)

I can not receive any other sites at the moment.

I took a look at sites 314 (Junction City) and 360 (Greenville) and found the following adjacent sites:

Site 314: 327, 330, 331, 346, 349, and 360
Site 360: 312, 314, 325, 330, and 359

Up until a few months ago, site 314 used to list site 301, but not anymore. That's not a good indication that 301 may only be down temporarily.

Maybe Motorola has decided to reduce the redundancy in St. Clair county by turning off their own transmitters and using St. Clair's system. The only StarCom21 site I see left in St. Clair is site 323 (East St. Louis), but I'm too far away to know if it's still up. The only two sites that appear to cover western Clinton county are Edwardsville (site 325) and St. Clair's system, but I've never heard the Clinton County SO on the Edwardsville tower.
