as they are encrypted, likely best not knowing how Mobby1 got them. I am just going to assume he may be a radio tech ,system admin , or employed within SERM. However he got them, Im glad to have them on the RID wiki page.

More RID info for you.

On August 29, 2016 the File Hills First Nations Police Service, working with the
Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP, the F-Division Integrated Drug Unit and The Canadian
Armed Forces, took down a major marijuana grow operation in the File Hills
First Nations Area. The PPSTN site number 72 was used for this SABOT operation.

Data is edited. Collection method used was RTL2832U-Unitrunker-ASUS TP501U Convertible Laptop Win-10.

This data is from PPSTN site number 71 just before the operation moved
to site # 72 at 10:17:00 AM.
The RSSI/Health on site # 72 was too low to decode well with the method used.

Talkgroup 179 is RIDU main ops
Talkgroup 178 is RIDU TAC 1 ops

Other portables used by the RIDU:
2215501
2215502
2215503
2215505

This was a part of Operation SABOT that takes place in the late summer/early fall of each year.
CAF helicopters and their crews are used to locate grow-ops like this one.

The other temporary traffic services FQ portables listed here before this have been returned to F-Division radio branch. Their RIDS all started with 22123## and are just a part of a much larger pool of Radio Branch portables.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

PPSTN radio tech tested Lipton Fire Department radios
on talkgroup 6120 and also was seen affiliated on 6118.
The talkgroups 6110 to 6120 look to be the special events
TGs that all Saskatchewan FDs will be able to use as posted in PPSTN's newsletter a while back. These TGs can be used by any FD at any time for parades, fireworks displays and other events, without being monitored by other FDs and those P.A. Dispatchers.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On September 2, 2016 site # 71 became totally unusable again because of just a single SERM user ID.
The unit logs in sends it's AVL/GPS data and then logs out every few milliseconds all day and all night long.
No one else can use this PPSTN site because of this single RID.

It is just too easy for a single user to jam a P25 site this way. No one at PPSTN seems to know that this has been going on from time to time for almost a year now.

It's time for the PPSTN administrator to enter this RID 2261542 into the Detach Window and kill it for the greater good !

More UIDs

RCMP F-Division HQ RIDs and their users.

Like any other detachment, any member can login to any unit # and state the portable # that they will be using for that shift. Many of the members do have their own unit and portable, ERT members do.

It is difficult to know for sure if GIS or MCU or another integrated unit is using a particular RID. The Talkgroup the user chooses maybe the only way to know who the user is.

Even then we may not know for sure because two or more integrated units may be working together on an operation and choose a interoperable Talkgroup to use.

I've made this thread a "sticky" for a while for ease of access. There is some golden info here.

Once it is safely in the Wiki and everyone who needs this data has it, I will let the thread go into circulation again.

More action in the File Hills area.
On September 3, 2016 at 12:18 PM the RCMP ERT traveled to a location 1 mile
east of the Peepeekisis FNR # 82 north of the #10 Highway and to the west
of the # 617 grid road and conducted a search of the area, that afternoon.
This was a follow up investigation to the File Hills grow-op bust.
This is just a sample of the data from that day..

Same RIDs as the PM

September 13, 2016 at 3 PM the Governor General for Canada David Johnson visits the Treaty 4 gathering.

RIDs all start with 221#### = RCMP
Talk Group used was 42 = TAC # 7 used by all but the ones listed with other TGs.
There were 20 F-Div units on location and 9 F-Div units that were never on location.
Coms started at 11:26 AM and ended at 17:41 PM
No local RCMP members took part in this operation.
Many of these RIDs were the same as the ones used for the PM's visit to the same location.
This Gov.Gen. required just 30% of the contingent that was required for the PM.

2216297 Swift Current TS portable.
2216301 to 2216310 Yorkton TS portables.

2261682 used by SERM CO # 540.
2262544 on TG 6000 is seen to TX on the system once each hour. No coms with dispatch or other units ever seen. Is it sending a status message? AVL GPS DATA is never sent as a group call, so what this RID is used for is unknown. I would have to be on the same site as it is located to find out this information but I have no idea of it's location. It may just be a virtual user?

On August 16 just before noon I heard the following.
Balgonie FD RID 2243660 called PA Dispatch on TG 4020 and requested the use of a Talkgroup called Interop 8 for use east of Regina for an interagency communications test for 10 minutes. All communications were on TG 4048.
Balgonie FD called:
White Butte RCMP 2211012 RG1 responded.
Pilot Butte FD 2243673 responded.
White City FD 2244188 responded.
Pense FD failed to respond. Is not east of Regina.
Edenwold FD 2243615 responded.
Regina EMS failed to respond.
CSO 158 failed to respond. No idea who this is.
Kronau FD responded on 2224105 a Sask Power RID.
Fort Qu'Appelle FD base station 2243540 was affiliated to TG 4048 at 11:50 AM but did not participate in this test.
The Database does not show TG 4048 as Interop 8.
One of Kronau's fire fighters must work for SaskPower as the RID 2224105 is usually affiliated to TG 1053 in the Regina area. He told Balgonie FD that he was in Indian Head and not in Kronau. Later I saw RID 2224105 affiliated to TG 4020 Echo 1 used by the Kronau FD.
Who what is CSO 158? The jail is located not too far away so could CSO be corrections service officer ? If they had only responded.

I have noticed that when TG 6063 is used that Unitrunker shows under Svc PE4. I know P is protected and 4 is the highest priority, but have never seen E come up until now. I have no idea what E is. Anyone know ? Rick are you out there ?

E is emergency mode, I've seen SGI on 6035 talking all day on emergency because they don't have a dispatcher to reset it.

Thanks for the RID list!
