Skiatook PD: Pilot welfare check
Skiatook 138 en route to the Skiatook Airport to meet an aircraft that is on approach 9 mins out; Tulsa International lost him off radar and cannot make radio contact.
EDIT: 20:55: Officer was canceled, TIA was able to make radio contact on the Skiatook traffic freq (122.8) though a commerical carrier that was flying over Skiatook relaying information between the aircraft and the control tower. Pilot is okay, is landing within 5 minutes.
