Heard a lot of activity in IL with stormspotters, EMAs, etc. Heard a loto Missouri State Patrol activity. Using a PRO-197 and a PSR-500 (neither recommended because they are really pathetic performers with much AM broadcast images from the HF bands showing up in 30-50 Mhz).

I'll have to keep 44.20 and 30.54 in the scanner then. I don't have anything programmed in right now that would give me a clue of skip... Once in a while I just unplug the routers (to minimize noise) and scan low band.
