While Driving in SE Fannin Co. last week I caught a good Line of Skip...or Tropo-Ducting for you Serious Folks. Anyways, Fannin SO use 154.7250 PL: 173.8 On occassion I can Hear Desoto or Duncanville or one of those South Dallas towns on the same with a PL of 88.5. But, I caught a 162.2 PL with an Officer saying he was On Clark County Primary. There is No Clark Co. in Texas that I have been able to find, None in Oklahoma either. The Closest I have found is Clark Co. Arkansas. which is outside of Hot Springs. So, I am wondering if this is the same Clark Co. I monitored the other Morning while DRIVING to work in the Lower side of SE Fannin Co. Oh, and I might Add, this station was drowning out Fannin Co. SO's repeater which is always 5x5 in that area.
