Baofeng Skip ignored - scan gets stuck on weather channel

Despite if I program it via CHIRP or try to set the "S" for skip from the radio, my UV-50X2 will not allow me to skip the weather stations. So when I click Scan, it scans the programmed channels, then stops at WX. Is there any way to exclude the WX from scanning, other than not programming it in as a channel?

I think this was user error. When I programmed it, I didn't overwrite the existing NOAA01-NOAA07 entries at the end of the program. The skip was working for the user-defined WX channels. I didn't realize the duplicate entries.
