skip on 460.450

i'm getting some pretty serious skip on nhpd ch2 = 460.450 talk about highway patrol, yada yada on a portable pro-528 no pl obviously and one of those radio shack high gain antennas. anybody else getting this? any idea where it could be from? I'm recieving it in west haven.

Joe I believe its in Virginia. Its not the first time and NHPD raised hell a few months back because of it. It seems to be worst on the weekends and New Haven has numerous times been forced to move their f2 units to f1 and f3. I thought it got straightened out but i noticed it last night too.
