Skip possible from Texarkana area heard in Louisiana......

Ive been hearing skip on 151.0700, today i heard one that i remember exactly. It sounded like a page to "Liberty Eylou" first responders. Something about an ems call to assist an ambulance on a male having chest and arm pains. No responders were heard so im guessing its just a pager call. Ive heard several first responders like this but for Nash, Redwater, and Wake Villige. I looked at a map and those locations are all near Texarkana. Does this sound familer to any one?

I don't know the area but I was listening to Little Rock TRS about 7 months ago. It was definately skip because I am in Warren, AR which is about 100 miles south and all I had was my BC250D and the stock antenna. Skip happens.
