I tried this today and it works. I am not sure if the x/y coordinates are the same for every phone, so you may have to turn on pointer location in the developer settings to see exactly where your locations are.
You need 1) A Rooted Android phone, 2) Tasker installed.
If you are familiar with tasker, it should be pretty straight forward. The first step launches siren, the 2nd step I put a 2 second delay to let the app start. The 3rd step is where the auto screen tap setting is. You need to check the run as root box in that setup. 1800 is the x coordinate, 580 is the y.
I use this as a remote head in my car, so the idea is that I won't have to touch anything. You can put a short cut to this task on your desktop for an easy launch.
