Skip Time

Missouri is coming in at my location currently in the 42 Mhz range.. I do have 2 unknowns that I haven't found a location for.. one being 42.12 PL 94.8 and 45.62 PL 131.8. I looked in Missiouri but nothing matches these frequency/PL tones and I even tried the adjacent states but didn't come up with anything.

42.12 94.8 is probably Mississippi http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&aid=762
45.62 might be Tennessee if it was a repeater.

42.12 looks like Mississippi as I also got 42.08 94.8 as well which is also Mississippi.
