WS1040: Skipping a channel

Good evening. I just reprogrammed my Whistler WS1040 scanner. I have a HAM frequency that keeps stopping. Is there a way to skip/take out the channel that it keeps stopping on?

While holding on the frequency, press FUNC and then L/OUT. That will permanently lockout the frequency. If you just press L/OUT, that is a temporary lockout. When you turn off the scanner, the lockout will be removed. What programming software are you using? What is your city, county, and state, and which systems and agencies do you want to monitor?
