Weather warnings are critical. Especially when most of the equipment for guard and reserves

Thanks much for the info, but...

coverage of vast portions of Oregon are not there.
i.e: Nothing for the Coastal regions or the populated Willamette Valley.
Is there a more complete list, or are there just absolutely no spotters in those areas?

If you listen to the 147.320 amateur repeater, KE7REO is the SKYWARN guy for this area and he might know.
