Does anyone know of any air freq's that i can tune into and listen to radio chatter from these skywriting companies?

122.775 is always active with them when they fly through Ct.
When you see them in the sky, put your radio in search, usually from like 121-124. They almost constantly talk so you are bound to catch them.
