I'm listening to the UCAN Engineers at the present time on TG 4096, however, I'm listening courtesy of CC 868.1125. So, once I can no longer hear them it will mean that the CC has been changed over. Right now there is some conversation about a BYU channel? They are going through things one channel at a time and calling out when they have the channels changed. Apparently they have one engineer at each transmitter location making the changes simultaneously.

They are working down the VCs and are on #15. I doubt they will get done tonight unless they work all night. Maybe that is the plan, so the switch over will happen in the wee hours with less traffic on the system.

Once they start they dont stop. Wasatch and Utah counties SIMO's have been done the same way.

They will do around 1/2 or more of thc VC's and then switch.
Then they will finish the other VC's after the switch.
You will see less and less VC's active. I would guess a good number of busy VC's later.
In Utah county they had a bit of trouble right before the switch because there was not enough VC's for all the traffic. To make it worse UHP had a 10-50PI echo at the same time.

I'm not sure how far along they are, but I am still copying the engineers on CC 868.1125 so the old control channel is still in command. I'm also still hearing SLSO, SL UHP, WVC, etc. on the "old" system.

There seem to be some issues going on - I've "rebanded" my GRE and I keep getting sent to channels
that aren't live.
