I get pretty decent signal in Waterloo site 358, although lately they have been breaking up a lot. They must be having radio issues as the dispatchers and/or officers have to repeat traffic. Site 323 Columbia, doesn't come in very good. I had to use them exclusively last year when they kept changing the cc on 358. And I get nothing from 359 St. Clair Co. unless I'm heading towards Belleville. I still get nothing on MOSWIN.
