SLC Services vs. SLC Public Safety (AC33)

I notice that 6 out of the 10 freqs listed for SLC Services ( Salt Lake City Services Trunking System, Salt Lake City, Utah - Scanner Frequencies ) are also part of Salt Lake City Public Safety (AC33) ( Salt Lake City Public Safety (AC33) Trunking System, Salt Lake City, Utah - Scanner Frequencies ).

While I was in SLC over the weekend I could not get a control channel for the SLC Services, so I am wondering if it is gone since most of the freqs are now part of the SLC Public Safety TRS.

Any ideas on this?
