Slow p25 and low audio

Ive tried every setting possible in freescan and still have low volume at 15 no matter the TGID and some are slow to decode almost missing the transmission.
The decode issue displays PT0 or PT1 ending in DAT. No LNK or P25 displayed.
All sites are set the same. If someone with freescan is willing to see what might be wrong I can send my file, I would appreciate it.

Im sorry i don't use Freescan but i wanted to comment that PTO-PT1 is Phase II, some listeners have problems with that if there too far from the System CC....
