small bleed over issue

So today i ditched the USB Sound Device and traveled 30 minutes to pick up a PCI sound Card. Purchased a Encore electronic 7.1 for 15.90. Now the problem is my onboard Sound and PCI card are picking up small amounts of audio very low unable to figure it out i got playback muted and using mic in on both onboard and PCI with no mic boost can anyone advise me where to start?

clarify a little more they record and put their designated radio feed just fine they are picking up from each other just a little enough to drive you crazy

Ground loops is the usual cause. Are your audio cables isolated? (transformer coupling). I had the same problem as well but inserted a 600 ohm line transformer in each cable cure it (and the related hum).

Use line-in (the blue port) and not mic-in (red).
