Small brushfire S of Elko

Sounds like a small brushfire on GrindStone mountain started a few minutes ago. Called in some volunteers from Jiggs and 10-mile.

Start of another smokey summer up here.
Scanner batteries died....must find more!

Looks like Blue Dia #2 is handling the Grindstone fire which is still going this morning.
They're on 171.675.

that fire is across from my across the road in the valley abot hafe mile from me it was a small fire and they waited till latter to put out around 2:00 am
