SMR 800mhz columbia downtown?

in columbia there is a 800system found by searching and found control channel and its ownere is voice link communications service type is 800 mhz smr/conventional control channle changes a lot and i never here any traffic on it i have a pro 95 am i able to listen to smr if thats what it is or is it a type 2 or 1 system any help ?

Enter the control channel frequency into the FCC Frequency/state search on this site to locate a license in your nearby area. Click on that license to see a list of the other frequencies on that license. Enter those frequencies into your scanner as a type 2 system. Track it in open mode and see what IDs show up. If you see IDs that are odd-numbered, then it's a type 1.

Or, post the frequencies here, and someone nearby will run trunker on it and find more information about the system.

Then make sure to submit it to the RR database!
