I will be traveling to Snohomish Co. in a month. Is Shohomish County fire dispatch still simulcast on the VHF frequencies and trunked system, or have they completely switched over to the trunked?

Thanks, EMSJunky

They just use the trunked system now in Snohomish.

Snohomish lower frequencies

I am very new at this and am learning. I do get the dispatch on the lower frequencies but not the car to care stuff. Is this intentional? I keep reading that Snohomish is only on the SERS system. What am I hearing on the 152-156 frequencies?

None of Snohomish County is simulcast on VHF anymore. As lowboy said everything is on the 800Mhz Moto truck system.

Whatever you are hearing on VHF is not SNOPAC or SNOCOM.

Note. WSP still uses VHF exclusively.
