Been a couple years since I used Win97. I have both Win97 and Butel available to me. I can only find Snohomish County or shared freqs. I thought I could pull down city freqs to load as well? Have I lost my mind? Would like to load Marsyville to Burlington area and maybe south to Lynnwood. Dont see options for citys.

Some city's used shared talk groups and some use their own.
For example Everett PD has there own private set of talk groups dispatched by SNOPAC. But Mukilteo shares talk groups with other agencies that are dispatched by SNOCOM.
I program my Uniden scanners with FreeScan. You can download a copy of it from here

I played around with the scanner some and see the scanner lite programmign RatShack loaded is wierd. Its on 4 banks but only some channels. Plus they dont even have Marysville or Arlington PD on it. It seems it the same as if I used win97 and loaded all of Snohomish County as it lists here on this site. But it too is missing Marysville and Arlington.
Like Everett PD, Marysville PD uses there own TG's that are not shared with any other agency.
Arlington PD is dispatched on one of the SCSO TG's. I think on the North TG but I'm not 100% certain.

How come they are not there when you try to import and load with win97 or butel (marysville and arlington) should they not be there? I see them listed here on site. But they dont auto populate when trying to import. I know I can manually input. But I am just sayin
Marysville is there and Arlington is on sheriff north.both use the same control channel.

Thanks so much Lowboy! Missed the group. Okay, I got that figured out. Its listed as Snohomish County Emergency Radio ( SERS) on the pull down menu on win97.
So I got that done and got rid of the stock Scanner lite download from RS.
I put in SNOHO county in with Tags. I see MV DEC matches tag. So all is well. I tried ARC300 Butel and found Win 97 easier to use.
I then put some King county in next bank.
All working well.
Couple other questions,
1. I tried to import Island and Skagit countys and the 2 choices under the pulldown import from RR dont show any freqs besides state and transportation under Island or Skagit Countys?
2. Is there a way to put Marysville PD1 as my Priority channel and freq? Does this work with shared or trunked channel?> Does not seem like it will???

1. I'm not a subscriber, so I can't tell what you're seeing, but see if you can pull conventional frequencies in. Sounds like you're only asking for trunked systems.
2. The Priority feature on the Pro-97 (I assume that's what you have) will only work for conventional frequencies, not trunk talkgroups.
1. Tried both Conv and Trunked. Niether have Public safety freqs here.
2. Pro-164 and according to manual no priority for trunked. thats kinda bogus. Most freqs are trunked. Does the pro-106 do priority trunked?

For Island and Skagit you will need to use the conventional import in win97 its right under the trunking tab.
OK I just checked and they are when you click on Island county just go to the bottom block and open up the two item there you will find what you want or you can PM me your number and I will talk you thorough it .
