Does any know of any frequencies that the snowplows may use in Snohomish county and on State Highways? All I can find on RR is 151.100. It looks like a simplex frequency. I always enjoyed listening to the plows during a snowstorm in other places I lived in.

State may be on the new 700?
I have no idea - not been able to get much on it - yet.
Then again, it is still new and I understand they are still transitioning

I Have the new 700 programed on the Everett, King Lake and King County Simulcast sites, although I am not getting a good signal from any of them. I will post If I pick up any activity.

I'M picking some stuff up on 60150 on the king link sight
I had my 436 on all night recording. Seems to be a lot of overnight traffic. I am reviewing the recordings this morning. So far:
60150 seems to be the Seattle area plows ?
60120
60001
60130
60108

I will try to review the chatter to see what they are for. Definitely snow removal crews
All on Everett, King lake, and King simulcast,

On 60150 I heard some stuff in the Auburn and the hobart(SP)and HWY 18 area about keeping some ramps open and then they are going to meet and regroup

After reviewing all the recordings last night this is what I found:
60150 is being used for King county. (unit ids in the 15000s) The furthest east was Rt 18 and I90 junction around Preston Snoqualmie area.
60108 is Snohomish County. (Unit Ids in the 13000s) It seems to be east Snohomish. Rt 522 from the county line to RT 2 and then east of Route 2 to Index.
I have not heard any locations for the west part of Snohomish
60120 Might be Skagit county, (unit ids 12000s) Heard a couple locations for I5 up there. Anderson road, Mile marker 221 and 225. Not a lot of activity.
60150 was the most active

Is that the DOT truck unit 51? when they call each other their number are something like 1555, 1557, sometimes they just use the last 2 numbers,
60130 might be west Snohomish. I heard them talking about the ramps at Evergreen.

I had a strange display show up my 436HP This is what the display showed
TGID i101010 (SRC)
UID i1503 (DST)

It came up a few times. They were talking about the highway message boards and what to display on them. I am not sure why there is an "i" in from and what the SRC and DST mean.

FYI, WSDOT is also using "SIMPLEX 3" (or STATE OPS 3) which is "Channel 15" on their radios... they are using to chat with other trucks in their vicinity...
