Snow routes

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a list of the snow routes that the Tulsa streets department uses during winter weather

It doesn't list specific streets, but an email to them might get you a link to a map.

The snow routes changed based on the amount of traffic the sensors are getting. Basically they try to clear the roads with the most traffic on them first. If you are trying to figure out which roads, basically it's all of your main NS Streets from 75 over to Garnett roughly and your EW Streets from 101st - 66 St N in some places. At least 101st through Admiral I'd think. Once again it's based on the amount of traffic that the given streets are getting on the bad weather days.

Sorry if this isn't a good explanation, I gave it a shot. This is the way it was explained to me about 7 years ago when I worked for Tulsa.

Tulsa doesn't have set snow routes like the Oklahoma City area. Basically Tulsa tries to get all the major streets.
