Snow troubles NE Maryland

11:15am Maryland has declared a snow emergency code 89 all 3 Counties
assume Cecil,Harford,Balt counties.
Vehicle crashes all over I-95.. Calling out tow trucks everywhere.MDTA busy with salting,plows on TG 7118 up this way.MSP from JFK,Belair really busy.

It was insane. One of the tow companies covering QA/Kent was reported to have a queue of 12 vehicle removals at one point... and that was just the queue from Barracks S.
