I was in Snowbird last month and had the BC246 with me. Here is what I logged

464.900 123.0 Channel referred to as "Public Safety" (469.900 input)

461.450 123.0 Tram Control - CH-1 ? (466.450 input)

464.975 123.0 Talk about fuel, forklift and oils. Referred to as "Digging Channel" CH-6 (simplex)

464.675 123.0 Rides/Zipline control (469.675 input) CH-4

462.450 123.0 Possibly maintenance; talk about kitchen but not very active (467.450 input)

464.850 123.0 ??? Not very active but has the same tone as other freqs (simplex)

467.8125 82.5 Iron Blosam Lodge - housekeeping channel (simplex)

NEXTEL iDEN Maintenance for The Cliff Lodge

Thought I would share these and if anyone can confirm channel ID's and knows of any other freqs I'd be interested. I visit the area each year and enjoy monitoring them especially when the storms move in :D

I have a contact with the canyons. As soon as the season gets going I will post this years channels. Also may be able to get info on some of the other resorts.

Is the Public Safety channel the one that Lifeflight switches over to when doing a mountain rescue at the resort? I've heard on Lifeflights talkgroup on several occasions to switch over to Snowbird's or Brighton's channel when landing a bird but never knew what they were. Any ideas?

It could be possible. I've heard some mountain assist/rescue on the 461.450 freq a couple years ago I visited.
