Probably ZOB Dresden sector on 132.250. (Algonac MI RCAG) We (Toronto Center) has nothing on 132.xxx in that area, 135.300 low PAL at YXU would be the closest geographically.

The Snowbirds and CF-18 appeared in two airshows this past Saturday and Sunday evenings at Detroit Willow Run Airport. They flew in from Windsor and did not touch down.

The shows were sponsored by the Yankee Air Museum, and in August "Thunder Over Michigan" will return on August 7 & 8 with the Thunderbirds as the featured group.
