SOA Frequencies

I am not sure if this question got covered by another topic but i couldnt find it while searching.

This is in relation to the ARMER 800mhz p25 TRS that is in MN. the radios have SOA (scene of action) channels which are point to point conventional frequencies that are in the radio if the TRS goes down. are these frequencies standard across all of the radios in the system/p25 800mhz p25 systems nationwide and also, do these channels carry the P25 encoding?

There are 5 nationwide 800 MHz interop channels.

Some States have expanded that pool to include channels unique to that State.
Some may have used channels common with adjacent states to aid interop, other may have used different channels to make the total pool larger and prevent interference.

SOA channels can be those or any other channel (I don't know what MN has done).

Calling channels are almost always analog, but interoip can be anything the regional plan allows.
