Soft Cases for RS scanners

For those interested, LilKase has added a new soft case for the RS Pro 95 and 96. I have purchased from them before and they make a great stout product with good service and warranty. Check their web site.

I bought it on 10/7 and got it today. I would have gotten it yesterday, but the Post Offices were closed. So far, it fits and looks great. It fits like a glove. I wasn't looking for a big bulky leather case, just something to protect the radio from scratches, nicks, dings, etc. and it looks like I found the right one. As for durability, that will be my next report. Hope this helps.

Soft Case for Pro-96

I just got an email from Eduardo @ "http://mx.geocities.com/cued630621ax7/Leather_cases.html"
He will have Pro-96 cases on Nov. 21,2005.
Then there is the case @ "www.lilkase.com"...whom I received an email today (11/13/05) about a new addition to their soft case line.
Can anyone please help out by posting your first hand knowledge of these 2 soft cases for the Pro-96, or if there is another soft case out there, please post that!!

I've had the lilkase Pro-96 case for over 1 month now, and it's still great. Granted, I don't use it 24X7, but it so far has shown no signs of wear. The people are very friendly and shipping was very fast. I also received an email that stated that the cases are now lifetime guaranteed, so I guess you can't beat that. Also, if you order a new case, you get a free lilkase ( good for carrying batteries, ear plugs, etc.). And no, I am in no way affiliated or related to the lilkase people.
