PstRotator PstRotator - Software for Antenna Rotators can use now the FCC database, containig more than 1 milion US callsigns.
The FCC database contains callsigns, names and QRA locators.
The QRA locators are calculated starting from the zipcode.
This database is not distributed with the PstRotatorAz program, but you can
download it going to "Help/Dpwnload FCC database".
If you have some problem to do this, you still can download it from
http://www.qsl.net/yo3dmu/ANT/FCC.mdb and copy it into the PstRotator folder.
To use the FCC database, go to "Setup" and select "Use FCC database".
(Of course, you can deselct this option at any time).
Enter a callsign in the "Prefix" text box, and you can see in the "QRA Locator"
text box a locator. Press "GO to QRA" to point the antenna.
Place the mouse cursor over the "Prefix" text box and you can see the full name
of the operator.
