EZSCAN WS1088

There are no CD's with the Whistlers. It's on the MicroSD card itself. Just go in and click on the EZScan application .exe while the MicroSD card is in your card reader on the computer. If it's not for some reason? Yeah, you can get it from the Whistler site

scanner locked on primary control Channel - W1088

finally downloaded file which had 5-primary control channels, i imported this to Whistlers EZ scan then on to scanner W1088. When i attempt to now scan scanner automatically locks on the first one

Whistler as well as more recent RS scanners do not have the "Check all CCs" function older scanners did. So that means it will lock onto the control channel which is strongest and that's it.

If you want to scan all control channels or sites in a multi-site system you will have to duplicate the system for how many sites you want. Then lock out or delete all freqs but the one you want in each site and then it will scan all the sites/CCs in a system.

Its a complete pain in the a** but that is the only way to do it on these new scanners.
