Software Upgrade

I have a GRE PSR 500 and have been a premium member since last year. With the change, I read that I need to upgrade my software. I tried downloading from the links listed for WIN500 but now I'm stuck. I'm no genius with this stuff and would appreciate a "step-by-step" of how to get the upgrade done. Thanks.

Are you talking about the change due to the XML shutdown? If that's the case, if you've updated Win500 with the new version, you ought to be good to go.

After downloading the zip from Win500 web site, open and extract the files directly to your existing Win500 folder. Overwrite all files.

Thanks to those who sent me tips. I went a tried to download the updates again and this time it worked. I didn't do anything different from last time, but everything loaded fine. Thanks again. Hope to look for more advice and tips from you all again in the future.
