Hi,
For a company as old as SOLARCON, I can find NO contact or customer service information.

Spare parts, questions and so are left to internet searches for merchants who sell their products.

Am I searching for this company wrong?

Well good, finally found the end of the trail. I just looked around on DasInc's site and it led me to the following link to solarcon products:

at the bottom of the page it states "RoadPro Brands, a division of DAS Companies, Inc."

I watch trains and just across the tracks in Holland, Oh is the Tencom factory. Many nights I can smell the fiberglass resin. I don't know if they make the Solarcon antennas there anymore, but they are busy day and night(most of the time). They do make something that looks like an A99 antenna.
