Are some Europeans here who look above the Sky?
I see there are no Traffic in English. Does anyone understand the Language what the Talk?
The sound like Satcom Pirates.

I'm in europe. From what I understand most pirates on UHF SATCOM are either the brazilians speaking their local dialect of portugese, then there's russian and ukranian pirates.
I have read that in the nineties there also ware english language pirates along with german and italian.
But in my limited monitoring I have never heard pirate's use english.
Russians also have legitime terrestial UHF telephoney that sometimes uplinks to satcom, same for cordless phones.

Never heard anything in a language I understood.
