Some US Govt hits

Had some hits this morning which sounded like radio tests. Does anybody have anything for the following freqs:

138.600Mhz
139.965Mhz

I had them tentatively listed as FEMA, but who knows...TIA.

Perhaps that .965 freq is really 139.9625 with the corrected spacing (Md.National Guard)?

Bear was the test on 139.965 around 8ish If so it was MNG testing Military 96,97,98,99 and 100. 100 is the JOC which is where I work

Yea Nathan...I think it was about 8ish...They went around a few times. But by the time I got off the treadmill, I missed the exact freq. Sounds like I have a winner then...

Yea, That would be the MdNG net tests.
I get them all the way up here in Wilmington DE 4x5 off a ground plane.

Actually, I think it's a different freq but from the same group of 3 I saw posted on this list in the past month.
