someone with a Bearcat 3000 help identify component plz

due to an accident what I think is a voltage regulator popped itself and I cannot read the markings from the damaged component package.

Could someone please identify the markings on the component circled in the attached photo? or suggest a replacement component?

If you don't get a response here; look at the board, next to the damaged component, and find the component identifier. If it's a regulator, it will probably be marked as something like "IC-1", "IC-2" or "Q-1", "Q-2", etc. Once you have that identifying number, call Uniden Parts & Service and order a replacement.
