I had a family member, and well-versed radio enthusiast, who noted something interesting while in Jackman this week. She noted that the Somerset Sheriffs were using 154.325 (County Fire/EMS Dispatch) while on a traffic stop to communicate with County Dispatch and each other, rather than 154.830 which is listed in the database. She did not write down the PL tone. Can anyone confirm whether or not they are now using a single frequency for all public safety communications? Or is this something that is isolated to the northwestern part of the county?
