my sound sucks its all scratchie at best no soud at all . both on my pc and my android phone. thanks

The first question is, are you having problems on all feeds or just one?
Second, have you tried a different audio client?
Third, have you tried the report a problem button on the feed's page?
We can't help much with a total unknown.
