Soundcard software

Hello all, I'm looking for some software that I've heard about that lets you take the audio out put from your radio (scanner) speaker to the line in of your soundcard to hear and decode the OPP can any one help me out here ?? :?:

No such software. You'll need to buy a digital scanner or the AOR box.
