source for BCD396T files

New user here - sorry for the ignorance. Got a BCD396T last week since the Washington DC area is mostly digital now. What's the most convenient way to get a non-preloaded system(s) into this scanner. I've updated to the latest firmware and have installed the UASD software from Uniden. Thanks, Ian
