South Dakota State Radio System programming for BCD396XT

I am going to be in South Dakota for a few days and I am trying to program my BCD396XT for listening.

Back in Mass we have Motorola Type II but they are in the 800 band, how do I program it for this system? I am using FreeScan to program my radio.
