Is it this one? If so ... looks like an XML parsing issue with an undefined entity. That's a fancy way of saying, it doesn't like parsing the "°" fragment buried somewhere in the text. Someone was trying to indicate degrees of latitude and longitude with the degree symbol. I think the only entities guaranteed to be built-in are (&) & (<) < (>) > (") " and ...

You can verify issues like this by opening the TEMP.XML file in Internet Explorer. It will identify the source line where the document failed as valid XML. I don't have a work-around for this at the moment.

I'll ask the database admin to edit one of the sites. Here's the culprit ...

<site num="041" desc="Watertown" callsign="Special" county="Codington" location="44°52\'12.89\"N 97° 6\'35.89\"W" neigh="8,13,16,21,34,39,40" ct="105.88" modulation="AP-25">

Technically, that's not valid unless "deg" is defined. It's an XML thing.

I see some changes have been made to the Watertown site in the database but I am still unable to download anything.

I was able to successfully pull down the file. You should have seven files with names starting with MOTO880A. The GID / groups data file is about 57k. Were you monitoring the system while downloading the data? You can do so but it is not required for downloading.

Edit: seems the DB admins fixed some but not all of the funky text. They cleaned the rest on a second pass. By the time I checked, everything was fine.

The program created a bandplan when the system was downloaded. However, looking at the resulting data - it didn't parse correctly so you'll have to edit it. You can do so from within the program or exit the program and edit the PLN file from a text editor like NOTEPAD.

Each site has it's own bandplan. This system has a lot of sites - so there's a lot of bandplans to update. You may want to do this grunt work in NOTEPAD.

The first column is the site number. The other columns are min, max, base and step size. Here's the incorrect data.

Code:
1,454,0,157,15
1,436,0,157,12
1,380,0,155,15
It should look something like ...

Code:
1,380,435,155415000,15000
1,436,453,157200000,12500
1,453,759,157470000,15000
The above takes care of site 1. You would have to copy / paste the same three lines - replacing the "1" with the other site numbers. If you only monitor one site, don't bother with the other sites. Update the one you monitor and ignore the rest.

Sorry for being a bug.
My problem now is I put them in the notepad and save it.I go and check it and make sure it is still there and correct but when I start untrunker to see if it made in on the program it only give me one of the band plans. So I check the note pad again and instead of the three there is just one.

this might be because some sites only need one band plan other will need all three
some just use two it depends on the site.
