South Kingstown RI Police Frequency

I have a radio shack pro-528 scanner. I stopped receiving South Kingstown police over their assigned frequency of 155.55 approximately two weeks ago. Occasionaly I will hear one bit of info transmitting. Also, two or three times I have heard their ems on this frequency, which I was never able to find before. My question is, Have they switched to a digital frequency?, which I will not be able to receive on this scanner. Or are they using a different frequency, which is not yet able available in the database? Also, is there ems frequency known to anyone?

It think they have switched over to the RISCON system. That scanner will not pick up P-25 (digital). I would check with someone before you buy a digital scanner it is not an easy system to receive.
