I found this:

<<<Gloucester County Communications Center (based in Clayton, New Jersey) is SouthStar's primary dispatch center. The dispatchers work in a 911 system and communicate with various hospitals, communication centers and ground agencies to coordinate helicopter requests. The Communications Center also maintains radio contact with the flight crew while on the ground and in flight for 24-hour coverage. Flight-following capabilities guarantee that the aircraft is tracked while in flight, so that its position is known at all times.>>>

It gives you an idea where to listen at least.

Other then that, there's probably a couple shared helo pad VHF air freqs used by hospitals in the area. Freqs like that can be found on a sectional, or there may be a dedicated helo sectional for that area. There might be a base ops freq, but I doubt it for one helo. They might get their maintenance done at a state facility that does other aircraft, so they would probably have a base ops, freq for whoever that is.
