South Windsor PD HP-1

Is anyone else not able to monitor South Windsor on their HP-1 any longer? Been approx. 2 weeks. Fire still comes through

I am not in the area of south windsor but I receive their pd frequency of 453.775 very well and unfortunately dsdplus shows all of the transmissions as encrypted with AES so they recently encrypted

They went secure 24/7 mid January.
