Does Southampton now dispatch Franklin City ? Heard Sta 1 in Franklin and Station 5 responding but not tones heard on Southamptons Dispatch, Is Franklin still on the old LTR system ?

As far as I know, they are still dispatched through Franklin's communications center. They may have been responding for mutual aid. In which case they would still be dispatched through Franklin and the responding units will switch over to Southampton and advise when they are en-route. Same thing they do for Isle of Wight. If we call them for mutual aid, they are dispatched through their center and will advise us on our system when they are en-route.
Interesting,Franklin station 5 came up on Southampton dispatch Sunday and told them they were setting off the wrong tones for a medic call.

There have been some changes to EMS in the past couple of months. Southampton is running medic calls for Franklin. Franklin did not renew their contract with the private ambulance service they were previously using.
That makes sense then, thanks
Took a ride to Franklin today, Sounds like Southampton is dispatching Franklin Fire, same female voice running both channels
