My guess would be the Blood Band Co-op buses which are listed under Blood Band although the tones don't seem to match up. Does it sound like bus activity?

its not blood tribe i forgot to mention its a business sounds like a they talk installing meters and gas fitting

It seems to be a shared frequency down there with different users and different tones. How about in Claresholm possibles like Pederson Transport, the UFA Co-op or Dahl Brothers spraying.

Could it be a company that Fortis or one of the power companies has hired to install in that area?

Doing a TAFL search, and a IC search nothing near comes up, so it could be a contract company out of another part of Canada maybe?

As Thundermedic says, nothing in Cardston area on that frequency. Chief Mountain Gas Coop is showing on IC database as on 407.5625 and digital. A geographical search for a 60 km area of Cardston shows the closest frequency as 156.96 and 157.155. Doesn't mean that 157.035 is used by them but license doesn't support that.
