Can the Southern Linc be monitored?

Only if your lucky eneough to be in an area that is using the old Motorola Type I radios system. Most of the Linc is iDEN digital which no scanner can monitor. When I get another trunk tracker, I will be trying to see if they still have an old Type I system still in place in Jackson, MS,... but most likely all of the Linc is the newer iDEN digital.
